Simply attach the adapter to your Gen 2 Mobile Connector, plug into the corresponding outlet, and begin charging. Use a variety of household outlets to charge your Tesla with a Gen 2 NEMA adapter. This particular outlet is for the 14-30 gen 2 mobile connector. You must have the newer version for this to be compatible. Gen 1 chargers are pre-2017.
